The short version

Welvo reads your active window in real time to understand context. We process what we see to surface your next move. We never post, send, edit, or delete anything on your behalf. We do not sell your data, ever.

What we collect

  • Account information — your email, name, and hashed password (if you use email sign-in).
  • Active window context — what Welvo sees on your screen, scoped to what is necessary to produce recommendations.
  • Usage telemetry — anonymous, aggregated metrics on feature usage to improve the product.
  • Billing details — handled by our payment processor. Welvo never sees your full card number.

What we don't collect

  • Content from apps you have not opened or focused.
  • Personal device data unrelated to Welvo.
  • Anything that requires a write action.

How we use your data

Only to operate the service: produce decisions, render your live workflow model, send essential account emails, and process payments. We do not use your data to train third-party models.

How we store your data

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Captured screen context is stored in isolation per user. You can delete your account at any time from the account page; deletion is permanent and final.

Third parties

We use a small set of subprocessors — hosting, error monitoring, email, and payment processing. Full list available on request to hello@usewelvo.com.

Your rights

You may access, export, or delete your data at any time. Email hello@usewelvo.com and we will respond within five business days.
