Plain terms.

1. Agreement

By creating a Welvo account or using the Welvo service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Welvo is an AI Workflow Operating System that reads your active window to surface a daily next move. The service is delivered as a desktop application and supporting cloud service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@usewelvo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Welvo is offered on a monthly ($19) or yearly ($169) Solo plan, billed in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

We will refund a recent charge if you cancel within 7 days of purchase and have not significantly used the service. Email us and we will sort it out.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Welvo to break the law, to violate the rights of others, to interfere with the service, or to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.

7. Screen context

You authorise Welvo to read context from your active window. You are responsible for your use of the apps and content on your screen.

8. Intellectual property

Welvo and its content are owned by us. You retain ownership of your data and the content Welvo reads from your active window.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate an account that materially violates these Terms. On termination, you can export your data for thirty days; after that it is deleted.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the fees you paid us in the previous twelve months.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least thirty days in advance.
